I suffer from carpel tunnel so I purchased these wrist straps to wear when playing badminton as suffering from aching wrist with no support. Quality is good and the Velcro straps allow adjustment to suit. My only criticism is my wrists get pretty hot after playing badminton for an hour or longer. However I expected this and not a great hardship considering the benefit of wrist support whilst playing racket sport.

The "breathing holes" all along the surface? They do exist, just not as evident or as big as they seem to be in the photos. As such, the product.... is breathable, but not as much as you would hope when in a hot climate or on a hot day But if in air-conditioned offices and such, it's very usable.

I got this wrist brace before my surgery to help manage pain during my workday, and it made a big difference. The compression feels just right—firm enough to provide support but not so tight that it becomes uncomfortable. I like that I can easily adjust the strap to make it tighter or looser depending on how much support I need. Even after years of use, it has held up incredibly well. The material hasn’t stretched out, and the velcro still sticks just as securely as when I first got it. Now, I use it for weightlifting at the gym to protect my wrist, and it gives me the stability I need without restricting movement. It wont give you support to lift heavier weights as weight straps do but it's more to protect a wrist. This isn’t a rigid brace, so it won’t immobilize the wrist, but that’s exactly what I wanted—support without feeling locked in. Whether I was dealing with pain or now just using it as a preventative measure, it has been a solid, reliable piece of gear that I’m glad I bought.
