If you are over pronator, or over supinator, then you should not use these shoes. Especially for running, you must have shoes that fit the way that your foot strides. You can usually get this service done at a local running store, with no obligation to buy at the very expensive inflated prices. And then go on here and find good shoes that are a few years old, that still fit your needs. These shoes work very well, they are very light, they are very neutral, and the cushioning is very minimal and they're very responsive. If this is what you need to suit your needs, and this is what you're used to, then these are excellent shoes.
