It is very pretty in very good quality the delivery was careful and fast

I purchased this soap dispenser in August 2023, hoping it would be a long-lasting and efficient solution for my home. Initially, I was quite impressed with its performance and ease of use, leading me to have high expectations for its quality and durability.However, by February 2024, the dispenser stopped functioning properly. Despite changing the batteries and ensuring I used the same type of liquid soap that had worked seamlessly up until then, the dispenser simply refuses to work. I have followed all the manufacturer's maintenance and usage recommendations, but, unfortunately, I have not been able to get it working as before.I am disappointed because I expected this product to offer a long-term solution and remain operational for much longer. The premature failure of the dispenser has been an unpleasant surprise, and I would like to request the manufacturer or seller to provide a solution to this issue, whether through a replacement or repair, so I can continue using the product as intended.I would appreciate any assistance or guidance on how to proceed with this issue. I hope my experience can serve as a reference for future buyers to consider evaluating other options or ensuring clear warranties and good after-sales support before making their purchase.

I thought I’d like it to dispense less soap at a time but it’s actually a good amount for washing your hands properly. I am very happy with my purchase.

The media could not be loaded. We have loved this for 1.5 years, but recently it just stopping dispensing. We replaced batteries, cleaned sensors, powered on and off, and nothing has changed. I’ll be buying a new one from another company. Bummer!

We have Moen brushed gold hardware in our bathroom. I had a brushed nickel simple human auto soap dispenser, that was clashing horribly - so, I was on the hunt for a gold replacement. This was as close as I could find. So while it is not a perfect match, there was nothing better available. As far as function, this is wonderful and works just as well as the simple human auto soap dispenser we have.

No hand pump dispenser. So easy, just put your hand under dispenser and soap dispenses nicely.

At first, I really loved my new soap dispenser. I even purchased additional dispensers to replace my outdated Lysol Soap Dispensers (They lasted almost 10 years!). The dispenser is gorgeous and sleek and it gave a generous amount of soap very quickly. I would have given this dispenser a 5-Star Review.However, one of my dispensers just stopped working. Out of the blue! Like some of the other reviewers, I've replaced it with new batteries, gently cleaned the sensors and outside the device, but to no avail. I'm very disappointed in this item and will not be purchasing it again. Thus, this item only gets 2 stars from me. Buyer beware!
