The cooling coil itself is also not well engineered. The coil leaked inside the fermenter, so whatever cooling liquid you use contaminates the contents. When I disassembled it, there were no o-rings on the inside (ie where the coil itself fastens to the input), only a type of angles metal washer, though there is an o-ring on the outer side. Fortunately I had diving o-rings of various sizes to hand and through the use of 2 o-rings of different sizes I managed to cure this leak. It now only leaks on the outside, which is less of a contamination concern and the leakage is very small. However, when I contacted the seller directly on IM they simply responded 'hello' initially and then refused to respond any more.
