CBSA or Canada Border Services Agency stole this from me.
This is a great little knife, I prefer it to the Kershaw Cinder. However, I actually carry the Cinder everyday because it is lighter and I hardly notice it in my pocket on a key ring. Also, I can no longer carry this knife. I miss this knife. Why? Because the thieving pricks at the Canada Border Services Agency in Vancouver stole it from me. The dummy who tore apart my luggage and his partner both told me this knife is a prohibited weapon in Canada, and then didn’t give it back. This knife is a lot of things: beautiful, small, handy, well made, etc. But the one thing that it isn’t? A weapon. How pathetic or soul crushingly not dangerous does your L.E.O. role have to be to consider a 1.4” folding pocket knife, a weapon?

One Of The Best
One of the best Kershaw knives I own! It is very well constructed of 8Cr13MoV, has brass spacers, and a very secure lock with ball bearing action. The blade comes to you sharp, but not shaving sharp. Use a strop and you're there. Blade alignment is perfect and the action is very smooth and fast. When I first saw the photo of the knife, I thought the blade flipper/bottle cap opener was too long and would catch on something. I was wrong. Not only does the long flipper give you leverage to open the knife faster and easier, the hook allows you to hang the edge of the knife on the edge of a case (come on Amazon, stock small Nylon cordura cases for pocket knives). I have to buy them from your competitor. If you are inclined to use the pocket clip, it is available for right or left hand use. I leave mine attached to the knife even though I use a case, because I can hook my middle finger around the clip indentation for better grip.

This knife rocks
This is my go to knife and I use it primarily to open online packages from USPS, UPS, Ebay and Amazon etc.I've had it for about a month and it's still intact - very sharp, beautiful design, small, easy to carry aroundand does not scratch. well a little bit - I have not used the bottle opener function on the knifeI never knew it even existed till I read the little booklet that came with it . Nice!

Niche art, poor utility
I have owned this for years and owned the custom before it. Love the design for the beautiful quirkiness, but in practice it isn’t very good at anything in particular. The custom was of course better, but this one has several issues.Pros:-neat-looks cool-fun to flipCons:-Mine had a poor grind, and very uneven attempt at sharpening that dulled/rounded the tip.-the bottle opener will catch the edge of your pocket and make it annoying/difficult to remove.-poor blade geometry makes it not slicey-heavy d/t steel handles

Nice size, and great Kershaw quality!
Great knife, great quality blade. My only negative comment would be about the flipper stud which doubles as a bottle opener. It sticks out quite far and is “hooked” at the end, which gets caught on clothing when withdrawing it. I would prefer a much smaller stud without the bottle opener feature. Other than that, I’m very pleased with this small pocket knife!

Love this knife.
Love this knife and am ordering another one. I have many Kershaws and this one is the same great quality the rest. A heavy, solid feeling little knife with a perfect feel in the hand. I was at first bothered (aesthetically) by the hook trigger sticking out when closed but soon overcame that by the ease of opening and the fact that it does not hang up. I see nothing but quality when I look at it and the blade comes very sharp. Another good job Kershaw!UPDATE 1.5 years later: I appreciate this knife even more now than in the last review after comparing with others in a growing collection - feels sooo good in the hand and fast opening - has never hung up as an EDC and is also my grandson's favorite (smart kid:)

Wonderful compact knife.
Another great compact knife from Kershaw. I am extremely satisfied with this knife purchase. It is very small I like to keep my knife inside my thumb/watch pocket on my jeans and it fits wonderfully. The blade arrived extremely sharp maybe the sharpest I’ve ever bought without having to sharpen myself. Lock is extremely sturdy. And doesn’t have any wiggle to it. And the belt clip is attached very snug as well but has enough flexibility to easily put on your pocket.

Well worth the price
Great little knife, especially for the price. The flipper/bottle opener isn’t obstructive at all. The blue pocket clip and spacers are a nice touch. I like to carry a pocket knife, but can’t carry a full size knife to work (teacher). This is the right size to open boxes and such but won’t scare any one. Could’ve been a little sharper out of the box.

Una navajita fabulosa para llevar todos los días sin tener problemas con las autoridades, para mi gusto (y es personal), hay que reafilarla un poco más
