I was already taking a probiotic. However, I needed a pre-biotic. The first thing I have noticed - the very next day- is that my allergies have all but disappeared and they were BAD! I also noticed that my BM's are more regular. So I guess this pre-biotic along with my probiotic is working. This is a bit grainy. I add it to my smoothies and I can barely tell it's there. I did not take this combination for allergies - I am trying to improve my overall gut health and strengthen my immune system - but the allergy relief was a surprise bonus!

This is a terrific prebiotic supplement, which supports the good gut bacteria. It also tastes good, a little sweet. I sprinkle a teaspoon on whatever I'm eating for breakfast for all day support. The new formulation is easier to spoon than previously.

The powder is stuck together so tightly it is hard to use.

I add it to shakes with coconut milk. Pleasant taste. Not bitter at all, or too 'green' tasting like some things can be.

Nicely packaged. Extremely pleasant taste. As far as health benefits, the verdict will have to wait until I have had more time to try out the product.

Upon opening, it appeared to be a fine powder, but when I added Sunchoke to a hot beverage, there were too many chunky bits that I did not desire. Also, I am not a fan of artichokes.

I couldn’t find Jerusalem sweet potatoes so I bought this. I like flavor. I put it in my protein shakes. I’ve also drank it just with water and it was easy to drink. Comes sealed well and is a good value.

I read about the benefits of inulin for stomach and digestive health. I researched various artichoke powders and this was the best one I found as it was organic without any preservatives. I've been using it for a week and noticed right away that I was less constipated and had larger bowel movements. I will definitely be purchasing this product again.
