Not much to complain about
The map is a little annoying because it tries to update it after you have set and named all your rooms. You can save a good map and relax it when this happens but it is a little annoying. It cleans well on smooth floors and short carpets. The mop is good. You still need to mop occasionally because it won't scrub the bad spots but you can easily run it every day to keep the floors cleaner between mopping.

Could be a great vacuum if it worked!
I saw this vac on sale for $29 with Lidar and I thought what the hell I will give it a shot. I have a Roborock downstairs and wanted something for the upstairs without paying Roborock prices. The packaging, robot, and accessories all looked great, were well made, with that off brand made in China look. Got it set up and it started to map and clean my upstairs. My upstairs had a weeks worth of pet hair so I knew from running my roborock upstairs that the dirt bin would fill up fast. So after it mapped and clean about 1/3 of the the upstairs I stopped the vac emptied the bin and was impressed by how much it picked up. Replaced the bin started it back up, it started where it left off but immediately I noticed that the sound was too quiet and realized that the suction was not working at all. Tried everything I can think of and nothing, it will roll around, map, with the brushes moving but the vacuum will part will not start back up. I am amazed how something that looked so good, has so may good accessories and a great app would stop working after 30 mins. Obviously that is why it's priced so low. Others might want to take a chance too, but I would save yourself the time and get something that will actually work.

SUCTION FAN ISSUE Flaw Is Repairable
Like Most here, I've experienced the Suction Fan Stop working within a few months (at Low and Medium suction)... After using it at High Suction speed, the unit appears to overheat the suction fan housing. Slightly melting the plastic-housing around the fan, freezing it to stop (Due to the Tight Fit aound the fan). After carefully taking it all apart, we noticed the fan housing moulded around the fan which overheated it. With a sharp Utility knife, we carefully cut out the melted housing, being sure to keep the Screw fastening portions intact for reassembly. Assuring the Fan sat right and rotating, before continuing. We Cleaned all inside the unit, assuring that we put it all back together as it originally was (That took several tries)... I suggest you take Images with your Phone-Camera if you plan to attempt this.Be sure to reconnect any Wiring which may unplug as you work on this. There is a Front Spring Plate which was a little challenging to reposition. You may need to reprogram the settings once you are all done. Unfortunately, there is no safe way to test the unit until you are done, to discover anything you may have overlooked. We ended up taking it apart 3 times before we got it right. This was done with the help of my son, an Electrical and Computer Engineer within 2 hours, on a Dining Room table, with a Phillips Screwdriver, Flashlight, and Utility Knife. This at least seems to have resolve the suction problem (due to the Fan freezing up from Overheating, because of the Tight Fit of the plastic housing melting when fan is run at High Suction speed creating friction) .We've been running it at Low and Medium Suction Fan Speed for about a week with no issues to date.Best of Luck, if you decide to try this. The unit seems to be worth the effort otherwise.

So far, So Great!
I purchased 2 of these when they were on sale for a price that had to be a mistake. They have both worked excellent so far. I have 1 upstairs and 1 downstairs. They both mapped flawlessly and learned the rooms. Only once has 1 of them not found their way back to the station because it wedged itself between chair legs. The suction power is good and it cleans well. I keep it on the quiet setting because that gets the job done. I have both carpet and wood floors so I don’t use the mop attachment. I am concerned about finding brushes and filters when it’s time to replace them as the Eufy parts I had from my last vacuums do not fit this brand. I read that a lot of people have had bad experiences but I have not. Still running strong for about 30 days now running on a daily schedule. It’s been great and I am impressed.

I used to love it. Few months later suctioning fail
I used to love it. Few months later suctioning fail. I read the review and wanted to make sure I wasn’t overwhelming the machine so I would only run it 2x a week in my kitchen. It constantly drops my network and fails to remember the saved map so I have to re-save the map constantly. Seriously design flaw/ software issue. Too back because it could’ve been a great buy now I just regret it. Money wasted. And I can’t reach anyone for a replacement.
