## Description

R PRO 30 is a completely non-toxic addition silicone rubber to make professional high hardness moulds (30 hardness shoreA). Thanks to its special formula, the catalysis times are 3 hours at room temperature, it has a high dimensional stability (0% linear shrinkage) and high technical and mechanical performance (+15% of castings compared to other silicone rubbers). Really easy to use, with a 1: 1 mix ratio (both by volume and weight). The moulds last over time, they are light blue and excellent to cast resin, wax, plaster, cement and other materials. NOTE: Sulfur-based plasticine is NOT compatible and can inhibit the catalysis of R PRO 30 silicone rubber.

Ho testato stampi con resina epossidica, gesso e cera, e il distacco è sempre risultato facile. in particolare ho provato a fare un battipenna per Fender stratocaster, il risultato è stato eccellente. Pot life: 45 minutes - Hardening time: 3 hours. It is a very fluid rubber with easy mix ratio and does not need to be degassed.
- HARDNESS: with this catalyzed rubber you can create high hardness moulds, very elastic and highly resistant to tearing - 30 hardness ShoreA;
- MOULDS PERFORMANCE - The physical life of the moulds depends on how it is used (cast materials, frequency, etc.). Casting abrasive materials such as concrete can quickly erode the details of the moulds, while casting non-abrasive materials (such as wax) does not affect the details of the moulds. Before storing, the moulds should be cleaned with a soap solution and dried completely. In the case of a bivalve mould, you have to assemble the two parts of the mould.
- NOTE: Sulfur-based plasticine is NOT compatible and can inhibit the catalysis of R PRO 30 silicone rubber.

Ho acquistato la gomma siliconica Reschimica R PRO 30 per realizzare stampi e sono rimasto molto soddisfatto. La miscela 1:1 è semplice da usare, senza bisogno di bilance di precisione. Il tempo di lavorazione è sufficiente per colarla senza fretta, e la vulcanizzazione è rapida. Una volta asciutta, il silicone è flessibile ma resistente alla rottura, con una durezza 30 Shore, perfetta per dettagli precisi. Nevermind the barely detailed piece I made a mold of, check THIS out: I put some leftover silicone on a plastic lid so that I could use the result as a little mat to put polymer clay in the oven with. Ladies and Gentlefolk; it picked up the barely raised symbol that was on the inside of the lid! And not just that, it even picked up the VERY light scratches in the plastic. I'm talking "woops I sneezed on the lid" type of minor scratches. 10/10 product, cured well under 3 hours on top of a 20°C'ish heater (the leftover lid circle, as well as the actual 2" x 3" mold I actually bought this stuff for)
