Easy Set Up... Decent Quality Picture
Got these to replace Night Owl's 720 that I had up, hoping to use the same wires. I ended up replacing the wires. The set up was easy; the interface was easy to learn, and the app is easy to use. One picture shows the TV monitor with the cameras, the other shows all screens visible on my phone app. So far so good. Was skeptical may not be that great of quality based on reviews, but I will say it's much better than what I had. Nice to be able to schedule when to record motion vs continuous, and easy playback on my phone (much better than night owl). Overall happy with the purchase.

Great buy
We have had the camera’s operational now for about a month. The picture is good and the app is easy to operate. I like having the ability turn on a spot light on each camera and I can also set off a siren in there is someone I want to scare off. This is the second camera system I have owned and it is definitely the best of the 2. I believe if you have the ability, the hard wired camera’s are the best way to go but it is work getting them installed. Just make sure you know what you are getting in to if you choose a hard wired over wireless.

Lorex 8 camera wired security system.
Very good quality, fairly easy set-up, excellent image quality. Good price. Make sure and check the length of the wires for your cameras.

I love lorex security cameras I switched to swann when my last system finally had issues and I regret it very much. Going back to lorex

Great system for any home
It's all here. everything you need to get up and going and making your home a little safer. We've always had cameras on the house and needed to upgrade our system. Lorex has always had the best quality and ease of set up in my mind. Follow the instruction and you're set. The one thing that I don't like about this system, is the cheap plastic feel of the camera bodies. They almost feel "fake" and look that way. the quality is great, but with they had a better body. it would be 5 stars for sure if the body of the cameras were better made. I hope they last like the other system.
