This Product Works.
I liked this product because it worked. It raised my digestive "fire", made my elimination regular (2-3x day) and I felt sharper in mind. Would definitely use again. Oh and I lost 10 lbs in 2 months! So win win.

I guess Dr. Grundy knows his stuff. These were great for balancing a digestion issue, also increasing energy all day long. They have an aroma of cinnamon. One with breakfast was plenty, makes them last longer.

HEALTHY OLIVE OIL! Real Healthy!!
Just ordered my second bottle of this! I put a little of my fav salad dressing to complement this “healthy as hell-o” olive oil and I get to enjoy the health benefits of eating it! Lowered my cholesterol! POLYPHENOLS ROCK!

AVOID THIS SUPPLEMENT
ALL of the other Gundry supplements have been GREAT. But within an hour of taking this Metabolism supplement, I was ILL & SHAKY - and had to lie down. If something sounds too good to be true, it usually is too good to be true. I still love the other Gundry supplements but I will not be using this one after trying it.

Disappointed
According to a bit of research I've done, one of the ingredients, Turmeric, is not good for the liver.
