UPDATE - this can be worn on the top teeth and fit the connecting piece under the upper lip - for me that is more comfortable. It feels very soft, so not like the hard ones that hurt. It’s completely effective in its purpose. The size fits perfectly. It’s fairly comfy. Extremely easy to use, and mold resistant. Durable for a fairly long use. Everyone is different, so try it and see for yourself.
