I need to take magnesium for migraines & wanted something that is easy to swallow because most of the magnesium pills are very large. I found these & it said that they are small, it is true that they are but they are very thick which for me makes them kinda hard to swallow. You are able to break them up & that does help to get them down.

Had been taking calcium mag and zinc but started having bone spurs so taking this only. Really helps me sleep
