I buy them for their light weight and shelf life to take back packing. I have several pounds vacuum sealed with oxygen absorbers in my long term food storage cache. The problem is that I keep eating them at home and have to buy more. I recommend them to others and will buy more.Just add a little salt, boil them with equal parts water for 5 or 10 minutes, and they are ready. You can let them sit a little while, if you want them a little softer.
