Great insoles that actually make the training/racing easier
As someone who runs regularly, I’m always looking for gear that actually makes the training/racing easier, and this product really delivered. The fit can be easily customised as you can cut it according to the size of your feet and the material is easy to cut, it gives great support and cushioning to the feet—no weird rubbing, or adjustments needed as it is slipping resistance—which is huge when you’re logging longer runs. The material feels lightweight but durable, so it doesn’t weigh me down, and it holds up well even after multiple washes. I’ve used it in different conditions, from early morning runs to hotter afternoons, and it’s been consistently reliable giving me perfect cushioning and support. What I like most is that it’s clearly designed with runners in mind. The details that might seem small—like breathability, flexibility, and how it stays in place—make a big difference when you’re out on the road or trail.

These are the best insoles ever! I have them in all my shoes!
These are literally the most comfortable insoles that I have ever tried! I have bought every type of Dr. Scholls insoles and these running insoles are the most comfortable. The arch support is the perfect height. The cushioning is the most shock absorbent. I have tried many other brands that were more expensive and I always ended up returning them and ordering these instead. I don't run! It just so happens that the running insoles are the most comfortable for any purpose, and these are so great that they make cheap shoes feel like really comfortable expensive shoes. I put a pair of these in my dress shoes, my walking shoes, my hiking boots, my work boots, etc. I literally have a pair of these in all my shoes/ boots. They last a really long time, but I have to keep buying more because I keep buying more boots and shoes and I want a new pair of these in my new shoes for optimum comfort, no matter how much the shoes or boots cost. They really are the best!!! Buy them and you will be hooked too.

Comfortable, supportive, but not for all workouts
I have a love/hate relationship with these insoles. I bought these in an attempt to ease heel pain that was brought on by rigorous gym classes. I purchased the Dr. Scholl's "Sport" version previously and wasn't overly thrilled with them, so I decided to try the other insole in their active line. This version (Running) was way more comfortable from the get go. You can feel how much support they have all over, and they do seem to cause less heel pain post workout. Plus, they're really easy to cut-to-size and put in/take out of your shoes. Now, if you're going to be using these solely for running/walking, they're probably fine. However, if you're doing any kind of burpee or lunging motion, be prepared to slip out of your shoes. I've tried them in 2 different brands of shoes, and have this problem ONLY with these specific insoles. I'm not sure if it's because the arch is higher in these than the "sport" and factory insoles I'm comparing them to, but my feet stay planted in my shoes just fine with the other insoles. It's really disappointing because I do love these insoles overall, but now I have to keep switching them in/out of my shoes depending on what my workout is for the day. I guess I'll just have to give the "sport" version another shot until they fall apart, and go back to the drawing board for a good insole that keeps everything stable.

No more shin splint pain
1 month trying to recover shin splints and pain wouldn't go away.... I put these on, and 2 days later no pain... I feel like a dummy. Definitely keeping them on everyday and during my runs. I HIGHLY recommend for shin splints.

They work. Period.
I run about 100 miles per month including pavement and dirt trails. Two months ago - for the first time, I developed a fairly painful right leg medial tibial strain/shin splint. It became too painful to run more than 2-3 miles at a time and I sometimes could not sleep because of the radiating pain. I stopped running for two weeks, but it didn’t much help. My go to shoes are Brooks Ghost 14 (brand new and I’ve gone through 3 pairs, so I rotate my shoes and go with what works - so I know it’s not my shoe causing this.). Out of options I started looking at my stride a bit, and noticed only my right foot has begun slightly supinating, something new and barely noticeable. So I decided to try these on a hunch hoping to get a slight foot strike correction. I don’t know the mechanics as to why, but they actually work for me. They feel unusual at first. Funny way to know they work is that my problem foot felt the most unusual in this insert (must mean it was doing something). When you first put them on, you will want to take them off. It does something with the arch and way the foot positions in the shoe. I immediately thought no way I can run in these, but forced a run. After getting used to them they are perfectly fine. It took running to “activate” them and get the plastic arch flexing and giving feedback. Running at about a 6.5 mph pace, they are fully engaged, flexing, and apparently doing their job. The shin pain for me was not totally gone, but like 75% less. I’ve done 5 runs now. My shin splint pain is still there, but seems like it’s going away even as I increase my miles and it’s not bothering me much during my runs or after. I would recommend trying these. So far they have worked for me!

Not Right For My Flat Feet
Medium arch, not too high and not too flat. There’s a second arch or bubble a bit lower than the toe area. This made my shoe feel extra tight and cramped. Tried it out for awhile, but ultimately had to switch the insoles out for something else. Wouldn’t recommend. I have flat feet and usually wear narrow shoes.

Scholl love you for these (see what I did there?)
I mean, they still have tread and other than being made paranoid by my running app that tells me I need to buy new shoes at a minimum of $80 (app prefers Asics. I appreciate the extra anxiety in my life. I just buy secondhand.), I have no problems. I'm 34 years young (problems on the way, I know), and log about 60 miles a month. Tore my ACL and meniscus years ago. I concede, I can't feel my menicuses (menisces? menisci? ...who cares, you know what I'm saying) being turned into grit. Soooo, I've opted for these in my past 4 pairs of shoes...until there is unsafe levels of tread left on the shoes (that's 2 pairs of running shoes, 1 pair of work shoes [learning young people], and some station boots [career change]). The construction of "running" brand shoes isn't impressive. They all have their trademarked names for the "technology," but uhh, PTFE (goretex/teflon) is a household name. I don’t know a household polymer name for comfy feet. I do know Dr. Scholl’s delivers 3 scoops in a chocolate waffle cone while The Shoe Company gives a taste on a popsicle stick and slaps a trademark on it. I'm probably a fool for buying anything other than what's out at Costco. How much support am I losing? It'd take some major facts to make me think these major running brand shoes are actually doing anything some off-brand can't (graphs and tables and stuff...with lots of colors). I mean is (your favorite shoe company) that invested in anything other than enticing you to think it’s shoes are great? There are plenty of ways to do that without added material/labor costs that are much cheaper than making decent shoes. Anyway, these insoles are fantastic. They put my mind at ease, and feel like a legitimate attempt by a company investing in supporting my lower extremities for their own financial gain. Everybody wins. I like the “high vis” green color that I can see when I am not wearing them too. It's like a landing strip for my ground beaters. They feel great, and it’s your fault if they don’t because you didn’t follow directions. I can feel the wonderful squishiness without feeling like I'm going to squish uncontrollably and roll my ankle...again (they won’t prevent that…also your and my fault). At the end of the run...it's the end of the run. I squish my way inside home and go to work with my DR. SCHOLL'S working-guy-man-bear-occasionally-unsure! insoles. I approve this message, and I wish someone paid me.

Much appreciated comfort
I got these for my running shoes as shoes from the store come with insoles that provide little or no cushion. Since I have gotten old, at least for a runner, I find that my joints appreciate the added cushioning. I have been a runner for many decades and have put in literally thousands of miles and find my new found comfort from these insoles will help me continue to keep me out on the trail.

MUCH NEEDED for my treadmill runs
i'm the kind of guy who typically runs their runners to the sole. i'm getting older and getting pain in the knees as well as an annoying corn on the bottom of my left foot. i've never bought new insoles before (usually just buy new shoes) - and decided to give these a try. they do take some getting used to, but it has made my treadmill runs more comfortable. i don't know the science behind it, but the insoles have changed the way i land on my feet ever so slightly - i don't even notice the corn on my foot when i run now. for the price, why not try these out - you might be surprised

Buenas plantillas

Doesn't actually go up to size 9
They're fine for running but just be aware that the largest size (the size it is without cutting it) is not a 9. It is a full size smaller than the insoles that came with my size 9 running shoes so my toes hang off the edge, which is not ideal.
