It says derived from fish??? So I'd guess not vegetarian friendly?

My Solgar Dry Vitamin A 5000 IU bottle, 100 Tablets, in front of me says "Gluten, Wheat % Dairy Free Suitable for Vegetarians." On the back, Vit A source is "(as retinyl palmitate)"....NOT fish oil.

What type of Vitamin A is this? What are the ingredients?

Hi Sean, The type of vitamin A is retinyl palmitate along with 10 mg of vitamin C as L-ascorbic acid. The other ingredients are dicalcium phosphate,microcrysalline cellulose,silica,vegetable cellulose, and vegetable magnesium stearate. Hope this helps!

Description says it is an oil based soft gel. The bottle says it is dry vitamin A. Is this a tablet or a soft gel? Thank you

MISLEADING. There is a difference between DRY and OIL soluble. Being a not wet form ie a tablet vs. a syrup does not classify it as DRY for those of us who do not metabolize oil-based vitamins.
