I really enjoyed this book it was very informative. The information was outlined in an easy to understand manner. I immediately processed the ideas and concepts and started my journey to $10,000.00 a month of passive income. This book came into my life at the right time because I had been thinking about how can I make a monthly income of $10,000.00 a month. I am thankful for the synchronicity. I will recommend this book to family, friends, and anyone I come in contact with who expresses a desire for financial freedom and wants to gain financial benefits from working smarter and not harder. I bought this book a while ago and it has been sitting on my bookshelf unread. I had a rough day with my one year old and found out I was pregnant again (love that I am pregnant again) but it was rough because i was thinking about financials. I just got my real estate career finally making money as an agent, and I know I will go on postpartum leave and have to start over again. I decided I don’t want to work 12 plus hours a day especially when I want to homeschool both children. I remembered I had this book, read it in one sitting while my child napped, and I feel VERY inspired. After writing this review I am getting started with the Amazon FBA. I also already reached out to two people to see if they do affiliate marketing, since I use their stuff religiously anyways. I will definitely come back in maybe six months to update my review and see where I am financially from the passive income streams. Currently- in high debt with little/ unstable income. Thank you j.p. Clarke for taking the time to write the book and give your knowledge. Very easy read and very inspiring.

I bought and read this book the same day. An easy read—so that’s a plus. If you’ve ever seen something called a YouTube video or one of the ads pre or post, said video, then you have the bulk of this book. Good information all in one place. Yay, for that. I gave 3 stars because of my frustration accessing the information for the bonus. The 100+ passive income stream ideas was my primary focus, and it took three passes through an infinite loop to get to the download. I wouldn’t be surprised if this book was ghostwritten…which is brilliant because that’s yet of course, another passive stream of income 😉 Bottom Line: I am inspired and eager to rollout and implement these strategies.

I am just now becoming a book reader. To be honest I should of become one a while back but that's neither here nor there. I definitely recommend this book for the person just starting out and wanting to create passive income for themselves. This book was definitely easy to read and it kept my attention. This book is great for beginners ready to make additional income. Great Buy!

This is a really good book I love how it describes everything step by step in detail. It is very simple to understand and very simple to read somebody’s strategies may seem easy and you have me heard it somewhere else but I doubt they have went step-by-step on how to start these income streams like how it is described in the book.

I postponed my planned March 2020 retirement as a result of the pandemic and have decided my planned side hustle of Substitute Teaching is no longer practical. I will retire in 2023 but I’ve been floundering around searching for a flexible p/t gig. Thanks to this book I have identified 4 clear strategies and resources to implement them that have resonated within me. I will pursue and get started setting up next week. One will take a bit longer to set up, but it the most appealing and will still be passive, requiring less than 20 hours a week for all of my streams of Income. For example, I always excluded drop shipping … until now! Amazon FBA too. I have the initial funds to start now, let’s roll!

I really enjoyed this book. It opened my eyes on things I didn’t know before, it’s a very resourceful book and it is short and straight to the point. This author really deserve alot of support for sharing his secrets and also for saving us alot of the time. Now it is time to take action!

Clarke goes right to the point without wasting the readers time. Many strategies are discussed with a positive tone and good information. However wish there were more details on the " how to". Overall definitely a very fact informative book.

You can honestly find more in-depth advice on TikTok. If you’ve ever done a Google search on passive income streams, you don’t need this book. If I could give it zero stars, I would. Save your money.
