This product was exactly what I was looking for when I ordered it for a bake sale. The containers were large and despite what I read about not closing properly or at all, I had no issues with the over 50 containers that I had used so far. I would definitely buy this product again and would and did recommend it to others who questioned where I purchased the "great container".

Based on some of the less than favorable reviews, I was not sure what to expect from these: maybe that is why I ended up being pleased with them. The bottom of this container is not very strong, but they definitely do the job. The lid is stronger than the bottom which allows at least two layers to be stacked as long as you place a piece of rigid cardboard between the layers: do not try to stack them on top of each other or they will fall over. Also, each container closed perfectly - the trick is to use a soft-touch when closing - if you try to pinch it too hard, the thinner plastic of the base will collapse and keep the lid button from locking into place: pinch lightly and they will snap together every time. Besides the sturdiness of these containers, I was mostly concerned about the size. They can easily accommodate a cupcake, although I would be concerned about transport of regular sized cupcakes as they can tend to be top-heavy ( in this container they would more than likely topple over if not locked into place with something like tissue paper). These would be great for a jumbo cupcake or muffin... the broader base of the cake would provide more stability and there is plenty of room in the lid to house the crown of the cake. I ordered these to use for mini bundt cakes and they worked perfectly. The pans I used were the Wilton Mega Mini Wilton Industries Perfect Results Non-Stick Mega Mini Fluted Tube Pan, 20-Cavity, No Color and the Wilton Excelle Elite Wilton Excelle Elite 6-Cup Mini Fluted Pan . The container worked well for each after some trial and error... The Mega Mini cakes looked a little lost unless the cavities were filled to about 7/8... The Excelle Elite had to be kept smaller and could only be filled to about 2/3 to 3/4... even then, the icing would get messed up: I made a thicker frosting and piped a large dollop on the top. Overall, very happy with this item and many compliments were received on the presentation of the cakes. Already put in a second order.

Lid does not close at all...im not able to use these at all. Very poor product, to thin

These containers are super cute and the perfect size for a picnic my church was having. My only complaint is the sturdiness of the base of the container. It was very thin which made the entire container collapse if held too tightly. For some reason the lid was a lot stronger but with the base being so thin it some came open. Still a great buy just this one issue.

Just didn’t meet my needs (too small for my Easter decorated mini Bundt cakes). I had to trim the bottoms to fit in the cup and smash the bunnies down into the cake to get the lid to close. Also had problems with two that wouldn’t close until I realized that I had two stuck together. They are really thin and hard to separate. HOWEVER, they are as described and mighty be good for your needs. The price is good for this quantity. If my cakes had fit – I would buy them again. Now I have to find larger ones that will cost me a lot more.

I'm sorry, I hate to leave negative reviews. But these are incredibly flimsy so they don't stack well for transport, slide all over and a good chunk of them only snap on one side so if you try to pick the container up from the top the lid pops off.

After reading most reviews, I went ahead and purchased these. Yes, they're a bit flimsy, but I expected that. They will be used for my daughter's first birthday for guests to take cake and goodies home. I'm personalizing them with home-made stickers, round 2 inch diameter. They close just fine, didn't have any problem there. but my baby was able to crush one of these, so they're not the sturdiest. But that's not a problem for us! Very happy with the purchase.
