Is this a good portion size for a 10 year old girl?

Yes, I think so. I'm an adult and it's great for me. When I fill the plate accordingly, big side w/vegetables, and carbs in one of the smaller sections, and protein in the other, I'm satisfied....not overly full and not hungry. They're just what I needed to keep my portions in check. I was impressed with the quality. They are really nice, substantial plates with a simplistic and clean look.
