Digital Kitchen Timer, Big Digits, Loud Alarm, Magnetic Backing,Stand (grey)

I wanted a simple loud timer that uses simple batteries and has no front buttons or buttons that are easily accidentally pushed. I use this in a pocket when I go outside for chores but need to remember something else that is being timed. The buttons are inlaid in the top and need to be pressed purposely to make them activate which is perfect. Also to make it even stronger and better I epoxied a plate of clear 1/8 inch acrylic to the face to protect the display so now it's a battleship timer. Also I picked the orange color in case I accidentally drop it on the floor or outside in the grass. The magnet and stand on back are extras that I probably will never need or use but they don't detract from the timer. Design and construction seem excellent.

Perfect little kitchen timer. I like the recessed buttons and that they are somewhat hard to push because I can put in in my pocket without worry of stopping the timer. It’s loud enough to hear over TV across the house. Alarm beeps for a long time so it’s algae’s you miss the alert that dinner or laundry is ready.

I find it impossible to reset the timer to zero. The directions say to push both the min and sec at the same time, but it absolutely will not respond. It is too bad because otherwise it seems like a good timer. Check with your engineer and see why/how he came up with such a dumb idea. In fact, fire him.

I love the look of this, that it has an hour indicator and that it is easy to use. I don't love that it makes me jump out of my skin when it goes off and wakes all the kids up with no way to stifle the sound. Does anyone make a quiet timer? I would totally but it!

This timer is perfect for me. Display is very clear. The magnet support at the back helps to get a comfortable view of the clock. Also the stand at the back, make easy to place it anywhere. It takes one AAA Battery which is easy to find. The volume of the alarm is load and clear.

either the device is malfunctioning or it is just a joke. I cannot get it to reset to zero. All I wanted was a simple timer, it just does not work. Returning it and going to a 'box store'
