I've been taking these on a regular due to my babe and my daughter have been sick. 2 weeks later and I'm still holding strong! I keep these on deck on gp.

I prefer to avoid prescription meds (and doctors for that matter, which are a necessity for getting prescriptions to begin with), so was happy to find a more natural "antibiotic" option. They do seem to help, so I will be keeping some on hand.
