This is a perfect product to use to make lines permanent on a whiteboard or chalkboard. I was tired of drawing the straight lines with a ruler. Using this, I can erase over it, right over it and nothing changes it. I’ve had no problem with it peeling off my chalkboard or whiteboard.

One roll of tape was enough to do a calendar grid on a single 24-inch x 36-in whiteboard. The tape was good at sticking and easy to reposition when it accidentally adhered to the whiteboard during installation. The only bad thing I found was the extreme difficulty and frustration I had at finding where the roll of tape starts and getting it to release initially to start using the tape. If you use a partial roll, be sure to fold over the edge or it will be just as bad the next time you start the tape.

It was smaller and thinner than I expected cause I didn't read the dimensions but it still does its job and it works great on whiteboards. In fact the thin lines might even make for some creative multicolor displays. I've already considered layering them. Just make sure to read dimensions when you're comparing it to similar products!

"Whiteboard tape" they say... Yet it's a paper tape that can be stained by dry-erase markers, and they advise that the adhesive is susceptible to toluene...a chemical used in dry-erase marker ink. Bottom line: it's not suitable for the primary stated application. I'm sure it's an adequate crafting tape, but it's a top search result for "whiteboard tape" and that's what I was looking for, so that's what's being rated. Thumbs down; would not recommend.

I was looking for thin tape to detail lots of straight lines on a DIY board game and came across this product. Not only was it easy to work with to create straight lines but it ripped easily and the rolls go a long way. Would definitely recommend!

Works really well on my white board. I created a 5 line staff to use for teaching (I teach music) and am able to write and erase no problem.
