I am not able to get it to work... my husband is but I always have trouble .. it should work without a problem in my opinion

Speedy arrivalThis is a great product with an instant reading. I felt confident the forehead reading was accurate, and its great that you do not even need to touch the skin.

Both the forehead and ear readings are very easy to take.And so easy to use.

This thermometer work the first few times in the first few weeks after we got. Then it just stopped working. It kept saying it needs a new battery and then turns off even with new batteries in it. I made sure the batteries had full charge. It's a very cheap piece of equipment, not worth the money or the trouble.

Not used it ourselves yet, but our son and daughter-in-law have one and highly recommended it.

I am really pleased with this thermometer it is small neat and easy to use.

I bought this in 2018 and from the very beginning it never really worked. 9 times out of 10, it beeps with an error and fails to take a temperature reading. On the rare occasions it does (after many many tries), the results can be dramatically different from one reading to the next.
