The fit is perfectInstalled pretty easy but you may need a extra hand to hold the back bar that comes off when you remove the screws

A little gap at one side
A little hard to get in place, (not real bad) but to no fault of this flap as they all install the same. After installed, I tried to adjust every way possible but still has a slight gap at the one side edge. I will have to ad some foal weather strip to make it draft free. Otherwise seems sturdy.

Great fitting & affordable replacement
This fit as it should with removing and replacing the screws for the existing door. It has a nicely tinted transparency and appears durable. The lower magnet is also as strong as the original. If it holds up well over the next year, I’ll replace my double flaps annually after each Summer!
