I got this to clean chandelier in my new home with 2 storied living room definitely a good buy.Pros:1. The product is sturdy enough for the long reach maybe could have been a bit more thicker but definitely holds well.2. The cleaning heads definitely provide a lot of flexibility3. The product was easy to use right out of packaging.4. It did fit easily had to just literally just screw on the cleaning head I need.5. Effective and efficient for first clean. Definitely did serve my immediate need.6. The length of the handle is really good and was able to reach top of the chandelier. I am 5ft 9inches and was able to reach top of the chandelier.Cons:1. The handle could have been a bit more thicker2. The cleaning heads haven't been used that heavily so not sure of durability or efficiency in long run.I would recommend it for anyone.

This window cleaning tool is functional and easy to assemble. I appreciated the variety of extension attachments, but the handle becomes less sturdy the longer it's extended. I found it more effective when used without the attachments. Additionally, the squeegee on my unit was difficult to maneuver and left streaks behind.
