These are great resistance bands that is very handy. Gym quality for sure! I love that it comes with a bag and I can choose the thickness / resistance. Highly recommended! Bring it anywhere and enjoy your strengthening exercises with these.

These are perfect for pull ups, made well and work well

I have used a variety of bands over the years, some I purchased and others at gyms or friends' houses. These are not the thin flat bands like others, so they have a sense of robustness to them and I don't worry they will break, which is something I think about when using it for more than physical therapy exercises. I was not quite sure what to do with the small black 'foot strap' so I ended up not using it and the instructions images are too small for my eyes to see, but that is minor overall.

I have purchased resistance bands before and they were made very cheap. The material lasted only a few months. These are made of first quality material and I expect they will last years. I have used them almost daily since I received them. The storage bag was also an unexpected surprise.

Love these! Used them for upper body day the first day after I got them to help me do assisted pull-ups and dips since my gym doesn’t have an assisted machine and their bands are always busted… Having to use the two biggest bands just to pull myself up crushed my soul a little but, hey! At least they helped me get some reps in! Definitely worth the purchase! Also! I like how these are rubberbanded so they don’t get tangled and the grey set makes me feel like a bad@$$ even though I can’t even pull my own weight…lol

They stretch a long way before there is much resistance as well as weak rebound when they should want to pull harder when under tension. Lesson learned I should have went with a brand I know, I will say they will do in a pinch.

Great value for money regarding resistance bands I purchased. Will buy from again in the future.

These were the first set of loop style resistance bands that I have used. I get a really good full body strength training workout from them. They are not bad. There are 2 reasons for the 3 star review... 1) I was looking for latex (natural rubber) as recommended on many instructional videos on YouTube. Latex bands are supposedly smoother, more flexible, more durable and retain their shape better when stretched. These are not natural rubber as advertised on Amazon, they are TPE synthetic rubber (written in their booklet). They are sticky, collect dust/dirt and constantly need cleaning, and oiling/powdering. 2) I purchased the Meteor resistance band set for my nephew which seem like they actually are latex. They are much smoother, not sticky and as a big plus.. have a heavier resistance curve. The meteor brand also sell individual bands separately and have a heavier band available separately to increase the resistance for the larger muscle groups. I have purchased a set of the Meteor bands for myself and will be returning these under the pretense false advertising on the part of the material and resistance rating, and comparison to the Meteor bands.
