Will the DCB201 battery work with this tool?

Yes. The DCB201 will work in the DCF923. Any of the 20V batteries will work. You can also use FlexVolt 20V-60V batteries in the 20V tools but you can't use 20V batteries in the Flexvolt tools. IG@truiz9902
