I live a very active life and try to supplement that activity with good vitamins. I have been a fan of the vitamins for a long time. These are very convenient and at a high enough dose to keep me feeling recharged. The taste is as good as a vitamin will be. I feel the quality is there, and at a slightly lower price than what I used to buy. Good value.

This product has been my best experience with a B-12 supplement. For 20 years I ate a very low meat diet so it came as no surprise that my bloodwork showed low b12. I had tried a few different brands with no obvious results. A year ago I read the Medical Medium series on healing from chronic illness and began looking for supplements that followed a certain criteria for optimal assimilation by the body. The books highly recommend a B12 containing an 80/20 balance of Methyl/Adenosylcobalamin taken in a liquid form. I tried another supplement with that combination that was better than my previous purchases (although messy) but when I tried this one I felt a difference immediately. The spray is quick, tasty, and has improved my focus, stamina and general energy levels through the day. It's gratifying to finally find a product I feel is worth adding to my routine. I can tell a difference when I don't take it.

So, I've had some problems with the sprayer, but the product itself is great. The flavor is pleasant without being too strong. I do feel like I have more energy after using it. I've only been using it for a few days, so time will tell. So far, I give it a thumbs up.

This B12, B-Complex Formula has helped me tremendously. My energy levels were in the dumps for many years & I didn’t know what to do. I have complained to my Doctors close to 10 years now, there suggestion was try sleeping longer than 8 hours. Needless to say, sleeping more didn’t resolve my lack of energy. Coffee, energy drinks, different herbal remedies only gave me short burst of energy, then stopped working all together. Once I started taking this in the mornings, I now have energy to last me the entire day. I’m so glad I kept looking for alternatives & discovered this, I actually feel normal again. In the morning, I spray it under my tongue, leave it there for 60 seconds, drink some water, then have a bite to eat, & go on my way. It’s funny how something so small can change your life!

I was pleased with this until I was getting down to 1/3 of the bottle. It would no longer dispense; what did I see but the tube only goes down 2/3 of the way, leaving much of the product unusable. How disappointing. I will not be ordering again. Way too expensive to have to fiddle with it trying to figure out how to use all the product I paid for. Unhappy customer.

The flavor tastes great, my kids love to get their weekly spray and I love the taste too. It is very easy and convenient to use with the spray top. You can easily spray into mouth or under tongue where the vitamins absorb easily. Other b vitamins have given me a horrible burning red rash over my whole body, but I don’t have that issue with this one.

So far I’ve only tried them once, but I was excited to try them because they are one of the few that I’ve seen that has multiple types of vitamin B included. The taste isn’t bad it’s a little strong and I plan on taking a sip of water afterwards, but only time will tell if it has a positive impact on my health.

This product made my stomach sick. I didn't realize at first. I finally found that the xylitol made me so sick.... I with I could have returned this!!!!! It's not even flavored so why is it sweetened?????? Terrible stomach cramps, diarrhea.
