Mount couldn’t be easier to install. The tools provided could be better, but that is expected with any free tools. As for the mount, it is super sturdy and allows for my phone to be mounted instead of sitting in the cup holder. Looks great and was easy to install. Took about 10 minutes total. For the amount I paid, then only regret I have is that I didn’t buy more accessories. Great item for anyone that travels.

This is still, by far, the best accessory I have purchased for my truck. Fit perfectly and design is great. I use this daily to hold tablets, phones, and ham radios. Functionality is endless with this mounting system.

Unreal how good this unit is. My wife has tried six or more plastic phone holders in her car and each one flops, rattles or breaks. This aluminum unit is absolutely rock solid. I mounted it in an F150 King Ranch, on the top center tray area, and it is more solid than I could have hoped for. I didn’t take apart my dash to install it, instead I used short self tapping screws and screwed it in place. It took just a few minutes and now I have a quality holder that stay puts even on bumpy roads. Also, it secures the phone very well. No issues at all with that.

Bought this for my 2019 F150 and have no regrets. My husband is super rough on phone holders. He buys a $25 plastic, dash mounted, suction cup or sticky tape style holder every year, sometimes twice. He even broke the radio screen on his Kia when one holder's arm gave way while holding his phone. So, to prevent that in our truck, I got him this metal and carbon fiber Bulletpoint dash mounted holder. It came with one arm, so I bought a second arm and magnetic mount to hold his dash cam. He absolutely LOVES it and was his best birthday present, he said. I will be getting the universal mount for his Kia next. This mount has lasted 4 months with zero adjustment. It fit perfectly, was easy enough to install, looks great, and will hold up to my brut of a husband. Even though it's rather expensive you save money in the long run by not having to replace the plastic trash phone holders every year.

Easier than expected install and best mount I've ever had 2018 F150 XLT

Is being used in a Ford F-150 truck and is being loved! Works very well, super sturdy and although the mountability takes a minute it’s work it. Holds the phone without any problems and fits up on the dash.

Took me about 10 minutes to install. It would be way better if the 7mm socket wrench they supply for the F150 tray screws also fit the hardware supplied with the mount. The two sided wrench they supply is useless and just rounds off the nuts. The Phillips head screws they supply are about 1/8" too short if you're leaving the rubber tray insert in place, but they did send 1 extra screw/nut, so that's kind of them if you drop one (I didn't). You'll need a drill/driver and a step bit, and the right size wrench or driver bit to secure the supllied nuts. Everything else is included. I didnt use the supplied drill bits, and rather just used a step bit because it drills a real round hole, deburrs the hole, and doesn't snag on the ABS plastic. Comes with some weird keychain that I have no use for, a sticker, and a bullet shaped bottle opener as well. Overall very simple and easy to install, feels very firm and sturdy. Great phone positioning. I bought the magnet adapter as well. We'll see how it holds up to daily driving, Texas sun/heat, and off road trails, but so far so good.
