These will take those one size fits all hats and caps and make them fit great, if they are a drop too big. They have adhesive that makes them easy to use or you can just put under an inside lip, if your cap has one. Really works well and you can add them on the back, sides or wherever you need. Didn’t even know this existed and saved me! Lost 90lbs and my custom hat no longer fit. Now it does. Easy to insert, discrete, fits perfect now!

They work like they are supposed to!

Adhesive sice does not really stay stuck to anything other than the card they put it on and the adhesive tries to pull loose from the foam if you are not careful removing them. They seem to stay when the actual band is folded over them in place so maybe they will work. Time will tell.

Love these, added to hats that were too big and now have a great fit. Easy to attach to hats.

I was looking for something that was able to be used for padding and helping create a better seal for kn94, n95, or other disposable face masks along the nose bridge.The only ones I'd been able to find prior, were way too "open cell" type foam. Very flimsy and let way too much air flow through.These are perfect! I trim them longways so that one of these creates a nose strip for two masks. I also trim length. I use a permanent fume free craft glue to give extra staying power and let it dry overnight.These make disposable masks very comfortable for all day wear, kids approve, they don't have any strong smell because they are latex, soft, and they cause no irritation.These are the only hat strips I found that were latex. I bought another brand of hat strips made from some other much more dense foam (think flexible thick craft foam), and those are way too firm and smell unbelievably strong!These are definitely the way to go if you need to do some diy mask fitting.
