This is designed specifically for all the Volkswagen / Audi 1.8T and the 2.7L engines. Will also work on other cars measuring at 25mm (0.986 inch) inner and outer diameter. Precise Adjustment of the Splitter Hybrid Valve is done by turning the ratchet type cap adjustment knob located on the top of the valve. Turning the knob clockwise will stiffen the spring for higher levels of boost retention, while turning the knob counter-clockwise will loosen the spring tension for lower levels of boost retention. The Valve is capable of 3 different setups, which are: 1.
