Had my son set it up and no issues. It was very easy. The instructions were pretty clear. The sound is also very clear. It's a great upgrade to our previous intercom. Highly recommended.

I ordered a 4 unit bundle and one unit wouldn't set the chime properly so the person called had no notification that someone was calling their unit. I emailed the company and they responded quickly and sent out a new replacement unit within a couple of days. that unit worked for all functions and the support service was excellent. We are a senior couple and trying to yell through the house doesn't work well. If one needs help or assistance, using the "group" function all units can be contacted/notified with one call that reaches all units in the house for assistance if help may be needed in an emergency. There are several additional functions for immediate contact. Nice product for a reasonable price and works well. I am very happy with this purchase.

I purchased a set of four of these. So four devices in total in the four pack. The reason I purchased them. Was due to elderly parents living in a duplex next-door to mine. I wanted to offer them easy communication. Without having to pick up the phone so that they have the comfort of knowing I was always in hand. I have these for a year and I’m going to end up throwing them away. Although the duplex the units are only about 20 feet apart having any intelligible conversation is impossible. We used to try yelling, hoping that the other person would hear. But it got to the point of ridiculous, I wouldn’t these to anyone under any circumstance what you’re actually looking for is an intercom system. , I wouldn’t these to anyone under any circumstance what you’re actually looking for is a intercom system. They simply don’t work. You can’t understand anybody from either end of the conversation. They are wonderful if you’re looking for a gift, but if you’re looking for a truly functional that will work at least 20-40 feet you’re looking in the wrong direction. Even in those ranges, don’t look for clear intelligible conversation that’s not going to happen. Just my experience but take into consideration. These are junk.

Update: the support (via email) was really responsive, and followed up regularly. That was pretty impressive. The first attempt to email a manual had a large APK file, I'm not sure how that happened, but they tried again and I got a good PDF file. As for the units tripping the GFCI outlets...My Bad, it's apparently a radio frequency (RF) transmission issue with some older GFCI outlets! In researching, I found that HAM radio operators sometimes run in to problems with their low frequency radio transmissions causing GFCI outlets to trip. (GFCI is not intended to respond to surges, but imbalances on the two sides of the circuit, some "detect" RF as an imbalance). So, I got a newer (Leviton) GFCI outlet and replaced the old. Only been playing with it for about a half an hour, but that problem seems to have been on my side, not Wuloo's. Yay! I do wish it was a little clearer sounding, (I'm not sure if the microphone and speaker could be upgraded, these still sound walkie-talkie ish). I DO like that it's radio and not yet another wifi-dependent device. Overally, fairly happy with it, we'll see how it feels after some real use. Original review: Firstly, no documentation at all, no instructions, no Quick setup guide, nada. Nothing for this on their "support site", either!! Not ENTIRELY hands-free. To "call" someone you PUSH the number of the other unit and then PRESS "Call", the other party must then PRESS "Call", to answer and to hang up (but, no button-holding in between starting and ending the call). In order to just talk without the other party having to push a button, you just HOLD the Group button. The part I want to delete (but will leave in case it helps someone else) because it was not their issue: When I get one of the units to answer a call, it trips the GFCI every time! (My initial impression was) The power adapter might be bad, the unit might be drawing too much when transmitting? So far, pretty disappointed with this "Improved" "hands free" intercom.

I can't hear the person well. Lots of static. Moved the product to various locations with no luck. Not worth the price.
