Still working after about 9 months. I installed it in the engine compartment of my truck to limit voltage to custom LEDs.

Works Well to Stabilize Solar Controller Output
I am using this regulator on the output of a solar controller at a remote site. The output voltage of the controller varies from about 10.5 to 14.6 volts. Some of the electronics are voltage sensitive and this regulator outputs a steady 12.2 volts no matter what the input voltage is.

i have bought several of these now over the last couple of years for several different golf carts, my own and friends, love them, have never had a problem with any of them, good stuff.

Just what I need
This product is just what I needed, so I can power my telescope with batteries I use for my tools. I run the 18V's from my Ryobi batteries into a voltage reducer to get 12V's for my telescope. Works great. These adapters are made well, and I would recommend them to a friend.

Works as intended
Worked good for about a year!!

Steady voltage 12.3v
I had problems with a camera and internet router going offline on my boat due to the changes in voltage when the batteries were being charged or things turned on/off. After installing two of these DC Voltage reducers (one for the wifi and the other for the camera) the problem is fixed!

I ended up having to buy 6 of these and each one was junk. Didn't work good job China

Perfect to power 12v devices!
This was easy to mount and setup. I’m currently using this to power 12v devices off of a solar battery bank.

Outputs a steady 12.2v
Well made and works perfectly. Tested with a input voltage range of 9v to 15v and its output voltage was a steady 12.2v. The two extra cable connector things are pretty cool and handy too

Really good DC to DC converter
Bought this to reduce my Ebike battery volt from 37v to 12v to power some 12v LED lights. Easy to setup and works great.

It works well so far, for step down
So far so good. I use it more for step down from 20v to 12v. Have not tried the step up from 8 volts to 11 volts.

GAME CHANGER FOR BOATS!
A problem solver for all boaters! Solar power fluctuates, Tv signal, WiFi, phone charging. All this was resolved with this magical little device! Keeps the voltage as a regular steady 12v for all power needs.
