BEWARE: Stopped working after 2nd use
I like the design and the the idea that I could diffuse neat essential oils without water, I bought it for my own personal use however that all went out the door when it didn't work anymore.I had a total of TWO successful uses of this item then a few months later it simply didn't work anymore, in addition to that the lights NEVER worked. Sooooo very disappointed!!!UPDATED: Sept. 2, 2018Seller replaced the nebulizer, this one works perfectly and it's so very pretty when the lights function.Thank you UONE so very much for standing by your product.

Stopped working after a month
Worked great for the first 4 weeks... now it just lights up and doesn't diffuse the oils. We've cleaned it with rubbing alcohol several times. Bummed because it's a beautiful and expensive piece.

A very good nebulizing diffuser
I’ve had this diffuser for about three weeks, and have used it daily. I primarily use it bedside when I go to sleep. It is very quiet, for a nebulizer (which is different from an ultrasonic diffuser). As a nebulizer, it puts out pure essential oil mist (no water added), and the scent is much stronger. You know you are actually inhaling the essential oils. The light can be turned off, if desired. It turns itself off and on for a two hour period, and then shuts down. Be prepared, if you are unfamiliar with nebulizer, you will go through much more essential oils with them than with an ultrasonic diffuser. In my opinion, this is an attractive, fairly quiet, and well designed nebulizing diffuser at a better price than many other nebulizers. The only question is how long it will last, only time will tell.

It’s not worth it
It barely works. There should be a separate switch to turn it on and off. When it does work, the essential oil scent is barely noticeable in my small bathroom. Not sure if it’s worth returning or tossing in the trash.

My first nebulizing diffuser
I always get frustrated when I scroll through reviews that are a bunch of complaints. A lot of times these complains I feel, are because people do not take the time to read the instructions/description or are not patient enough to allow the product to complete it's designed "cycle" (or completely understand the function to begin with?). I have been an essential oil enthusiast for over 4 years and went through 4 different types of diffusers. I am NOT any kind of expert, however can share my experience to help those trying to figure this out. This was my coveted 5th purchase that I have been eyeing since July. 2 of the 4 diffusers that I previously owned were "ultrasonic" (note the definition here: "of or involving sound waves with a frequency above the upper limit of human hearing" i.e silent), one was "evaporative" (use of fan do distribute the aroma) diffuser and 1 "heat" (oils are heated up through direct or indirect heat source) diffuser. This is my first "nebulizing" diffuser. The attraction to this diffuser was that you do not need water or heat. I love the design (those complaining about plastic in the wood base: how else are you going to hold glass in the wound base without constantly making it fall out? ) 90% natural material and stunning design in person. You CAN turn the lights on and off (read the instruction of holding the power button 3 sec- effortless!). Although outside of doing so at night, I don't know why you would, it so calming and beautiful. It IS a LOUD diffuser when compared to other types but it is this way by design, I believe. It is called "the most powerful" for the design that delivers the oil in it's most "pure" form. It basically turns your oil in tiny tiny particles that get released into your air (you need some hemi power to make it happen=loud). Heat diffuser would be next in line for the strength of the aroma but it is shorter lived and I believe alters the oil as it introduces heat. Ultrasonic, although I really loved, didn't give me such a strong aroma and there is of course water involved (more effort and mess). As far as the amount of oil used: I found that with my ultrasonic I would use around 10-15 drops anyway to give me half of the strength of the aroma of this diffuser and only for a fraction of the time (maybe the first 5-10 minutes and then the ultrasonic just dims down in brightness of the aroma). This diffuser recommends 10-20 drops -I think that's comparable and the oil is used up COMPLETELY, there is no waste that I can see. 13 drops of oil that I put in earlier lasted very strongly (and I mean CONSISTENTLY strong) for the first 45 minutes and then became more faint (I also stopped seeing the "vapor" at that time), even though there is no longer a "vapor" , the aroma was still there.Operation: The operation is also a little different that the ultrasonic one: on for 2 minutes and shuts off for 1, then turns back on again. It runs for 2 hours total. It has "low" and "high" modes.I am giving it 4 stars only because after the the cycle was over, the room didn't have any "lasting" aroma like my ultrasonic diffuser would leave:( I was surprised that after such a strong aroma for such a length of time it didn't "stay". I like to use my diffusers as room fresheners as well and it's quite expensive to burn through 10 -15 drops of oil in under an hour and have nothing left to smell :( In that sense it reminds me of the heat diffuser - great while the oil is there but once it's gone, it's gone. I wonder about the chemistry of the ultrasonic diffuser that allows the aroma to last?So in summary, I feel like it's a great diffuser on it's own. I would recommend for anyone considering it to research which type would fit your needs best because although they all "diffuse" they have slightly different approach

Good for the price
I was fairly impressed by this little thing, I will tell you right away it isn't the fanciest nebulizer out there, but for the price it is second to none.I like that it has a single button which cycles through 3 modes - high, low, and off. Furthermore you can press and hold it and it starts an LED in the device that is pretty gentle.Furthermore, in a room with an AC, several fans, and usually light music playing when I sleep it is not loud at all. By itself you can tell when it turns on, and if you are looking for perfect silence it will probably be a little disruptive. With literally anything else going in the background though you aren't going to notice it.Furthermore it diffuses smell fairly quickly, and doesn't use very much oil. I was skeptical when I read that 20ish drops of oil would last 2 hours, but I can confirm that this is indeed the caseThe only thing I would like to see on this product, but is the reason it is $30 cheaper than the competition, is a more varied on/off cycle, since it is fixed in 2 minutes on, 1 minute off. This is a minor gripe, as I realized that setting is pretty much superfluous anyways and the high/low setting is usually more than enough to accomplish what I want anyways. In short, if you have been using an ultrasonic diffuser (one that uses water) and are looking for an upgrade, I would highly recommend this one. For my small bedroom it does a wonderful job and won't break the bank on itself or the oil you use.

WAY too fragile
works well - looks nice. however - first cleaning and the very thin and fragile glass broke. No more glass nebulizers. Sooooo not happy. It also very difficult to get in the gasket that holds the glass

Long lasting
This has been a great diffuser you just have to clean it every 2-3 times you put oil in it and I add a couple of drops of rubbing alcohol to the oil to thin it some and this really with some types of oil that seem to be a bit thicker. I use this daily since may of 2022 and still working like the day I bought it. Very good quality and has a 2 year warranty.

i want to return this product as i am not satisfied with its working because no fragrance came out from ...
The item was delivered to me on 7th of May,2018. After making a reasonable use i found that the product was not working as per the description written on the website for the above mentioned product . The product claimed to have fragrance when an essential oil is put into it but this never happened because the machine came defected. it was a manufacturing defect as it never worked what it claimed to be.So, i want to return this product as i am not satisfied with its working because no fragrance came out from it even after putting the essential oils.
