I use these all the time to power devices in my customer's AV racks. Paired with a managed POE switch and you have complete power control of these devices in case of a needed reboot.

Tried to use those on two Cisco switches with PoE. In both cases the adapter delivers poser to the device but the Ethernet connection is not established. I use the default auto negotiation setting but I am noticing it's not even trying to negotiate as if the switch port does not detect a device on it.

Power functions properly, but unable to deliver data to Raspberry Pi.
