Good value for tests, uF mH, continuity and ohms.
YouTube helped make buy decision. Arrived today and unit is a bit bigger than expected which is a plus. Nice big tilt screen easy to read. Very good product for a speaker, crossover builder like me. Tested good on 1.5uf capacitor. Great addition to my toolkit at good price! 9v battery included.

This Thing is a Miracle at this Price - Don't Even Think; Just Buy It
So, I use this for my ham radio hobby, to build antennas, and to check the value of coils. I have a slew of text equipment ranging from the Super Mighty Harbor Freight free Red Multimeters that they used give away with a purchase to some of the better gear like my Fluke 87V, Fluke 77IV, Hitachi high end analogue oscilloscopes, etc. This thing for 30 dollars or so ( January 2026 ) is a miracle. The resistor values were spot on with my Fluke 87V. The fact is this is an LCR meter, not just a unit to measure capacitors, resistors, voltages, etc.. Even the included case is decent. The leads are not silicone, but still very flexible. I replaced them with Promasters, not that it was necessary. I am fussy about the quality of my leads and prefer Promaster and Fluke. Yeah, it costs more, but hey, why have a great meter and compromised leads. I've even swapped out my Simpson Model 260 and Model 262 leads for Promasters. So buy this thing and maybe consider upgrading the leads. The existing leads had a resistance of only 0.8 ohms which was more than half decent. They just were not as comfortable or as flexible as I like. I still give this unit FIVE stars

Better than what I had for half the price.
Thieves broke in and stole some of my tools, including my capacitance meter. I opted to replace it rather than give up on fixing things. This is better than the pure capacitance-only meter I had, and it costs a little less than half as much. One of the big failure points with personal computers – both motherboards and laptops – is that the filter and isolation capacitors age and slowly lose capacitance. This meter can at least confirm your suspicions once you destructively remove the capacitor from the circuit. The only way I know to check them in-circuit is by using a magnetometer to measure in-rush current when you turn on the power supply. I have done that, but it is tricky, because you have to pay close attention to orient the magnetometer probe so that it is affected by the magnetic field produced by the current of the device under test, and also oriented so that it is aligned with the 3d null of the geomagnetic field at your geographic location. You end up kind of inconveniently bringing the system under test to the static geomagnetically-nulled probe rather than the convenience of bringing the probe to the system under test. Still, if you have 50 isolation & filter capacitors in parallel (like in a Tek scope), the inconvenience of holding the motherboard up to the probe can be less inconvenient than desoldering 50 caps to find out which one is open-circuited. In the unlikely event that a cap shorts-out, you can see the mag field produced by the current being drawn through the shorted cap anytime the power is on. But this meter is a good candidate for runner-up to a high precision magnetometer. And hit-and-miss desoldering is what everyone has been doing for over a century. Why work smart when you can work traditional with a cheaper tool?

Excellent Meter for the Price
A very nice meter with a good set of accessory probes. It even included a small screwdriver for opening the battery compartment. I tested the meter with several capacitors with good readings. Note that capacitor tolerance can be as much as +/- 20%; so, don't expect a 0.1 microfarad to read exactly 0.1, etc.

Accurate, easy to use
Very good for a self-contained unit

This Old-School Geek is Impressed.
Candidly, I was suspicious how, at this price point, a handheld device could anywhere near duplicate my garage-full of test gear and my decades of experience. Boy...was I wrong! I tested against known standards and found a deviation of about 0.2% from what I THOUGHT was accurate. Now I have to go back and test my STANDARDS!!!! Well done, Proster. This old Geek is very much impressed. 6-stars.

Well made, well functioning, and an amazing value.
Quite amazing for the price. Good accuracy and comes with multiple leads that cover all the normal uses. Even includes a battery. Does everything I need at the bench. It is of course not laboratory grade, and doesn't have Kelvin connections, but those instruments are large, heavy, need wall power, and cost $thousands. One thing to watch out for is to make sure your inductors under test are at least as far from the meter as the length of shorter clip-terminated leads for best accuracy.

nice product for the price and is fairly accurate
Fairly accurate for hobby work. Nice price for its extended capabilities. The zeroing function is limited and under given instructions it is best to touch both test leads or clips when measuring and write down the reading for subtraction to the measurement of the component. The hold function does work, but I've never used it in component testing with a LCR meter, only on live circuits. Mine did not come with battery so be prepared to obtain a 9v battery. The plastic surround shell can be easily removed if it's bright color is annoying. All in all it has plenty of testing options and a zippered storage that most higher priced units don't have. The display can be set to various angles but does not lock until back in horizontal position.
