Good product it helps with soreness just enough so that next day you can still do a workout / lift weights with a reduced amount of soreness and fatigue I typically take the product midway through and it works pretty dang well the taste is little to no taste it provides a slight boost of energy as well as it’s consistent working if you take it on a daily basis definitely a great value for money and if you take other products and mix it in , it hardly makes a difference

Excellent, for me it works in fast muscle recovery, it has helped me with other muscle ailments that I presented, it is really gentle on your stomach, easy-to-swallow capsules compared to other brands. This is my second purchase and I'm sure many more will come! Go ahead and try it.

I switched to OPTIMUM NUTRITION Instantized BCAA Capsules 1000mg a year ago (October 2018). The main reason I switched to these was price. I trust Optimum Nutrition so I believe the quality is good. From what I understand, the capsules are gelatin, made from beef &/or pork, so are not vegan, kosher or halal. This is not an issue for me. I do not notice any sort of taste when taking these. The serving suggestion is 2 capsules (1g of BCAA) 40 mins before your workout & 2 capsules right after. I take 4 capsules 40 mins before (sometimes closer to workouts), I’ll take 2 capsules during & 2-4 capsules after (depending how long I worked out for). When I ride my MTB, I’ll ride for 2-3 hours (30-45 miles) on trails/paths. For this I’ll take 4 capsules before, 2-4 capsules at the halfway mark & 2-4 capsules when the ride concludes. I know that’s a lot of capsules to swallow, but it’s convenient to carry & easy to take. If your looking for BCAA capsules to supplement with, don’t mind taking a lot of capsules, OPTIMUM NUTRITION Instantized BCAA Capsules are an affordable option & because of that, I’d recommend them.

Good for recovery

Great product, definitely helps for recovery after heavy workouts and supplements muscle growth. Although next time I'm going for powder option of BCAA since it's much easier and more pleasant to take for me personally rather than capsules. For the ratio this product offers, in order to get 5g of BCAA you need to take 5 capsules at a time, so if you're taking pre and post workout or even more throughout the day, that might be not the most pleasant thing to do (and if you open capsules the taste is not nice - as it's not designed for that obviously). So it all depends on your goals and preferences - this is very personal!

I have found that while taking these I can see the difference in my body's recovery time and I can tell it has helped with my muscles. I can also say that I've been supplementing with them through the last few months and everything is going well. I also eat well, work out hard, and use other vitamins and supplements. An example of one of these supplements is . It helps keep my weight in control and interacts very well with everything else I take. It's not a magic pill but if you use it as directed and workout then you will definitely see results like i have.

This works to remove muscles pains after hard exercises . I take them straight after omg I have done too much exercises and next day I never experience any pains . Sometimes my club pushes us far too much or I had taken too many classes in a week . I also sometimes overdone with machines . Last time I bought 400 capsules but no longer available and the price got slightly inflated but I cannot live without these ! My favorite. I can be brave for sports without worrying next day !
