I’ve been a loyal customer of this brand for years, and it’s one I genuinely trust. I’ve tried a bunch of their products and never felt disappointed—everything has always been solid and reliable. These BCAA capsules are no exception. I know BCAAs are something you can usually get from a well-rounded diet, and for the most part, mine is pretty balanced. But I still like having these on hand, especially on days when I’m training harder or just want that extra peace of mind. Hi! So you're interested in Bcaa, you either don't know where to start or you're a pro. I w unfortunately the latter, I still don't know a ton. Here's what I do know though, so here we go! I started with this brand and Bcaa in August 2019, only in the smaller bottles. I have some kind of chronic health issue that's been degenerative to my muscles and bones, before taking these and discovering that as a vegetarian I have to work extra hard to supplement things I need. I decided to jump into the world of Bcaa, I was over loaded with options but ended up here to add something simple to my regimen. I started with a capsule a day in the morning, eventually moved up to take 3 capsules a day. After the first 2-3 weeks I already noticed a difference, I started to rebuild what little muscle I have. Using my muscles became less aggressive, and after 4 months ((I've been on them a year as of this review)) I was able to slowly restart yoga and do little kindergartener stretch exercises. This also helped my stomach alot with protein absorption as well, which is veryyyy important as a responsible vegetarian! So here we are at a year, my entire life changed with the help of these little capsules. Due to my ability to be more mobile and focus more on the food I put into my body, I've lost an extra 50+lbs on top of the 100+lbs I'd already lost previously with my daily diet changes before adding this to my regime. These now are helping me maintain my muscle health, and work on tightening up my extra skin as much as possible around my muscles. If you're new to Bcaa, and don't know what you're doing. INFORM YOURSELF PROPERLY, about what these do, how you use them properly, and how to use them safely. Otherwise? 12/10 would absolutely recommend, and I hope this was helpful!

Great product, definitely helps for recovery after heavy workouts and supplements muscle growth. Although next time I'm going for powder option of BCAA since it's much easier and more pleasant to take for me personally rather than capsules. For the ratio this product offers, in order to get 5g of BCAA you need to take 5 capsules at a time, so if you're taking pre and post workout or even more throughout the day, that might be not the most pleasant thing to do (and if you open capsules the taste is not nice - as it's not designed for that obviously). So it all depends on your goals and preferences - this is very personal!

I have found that while taking these I can see the difference in my body's recovery time and I can tell it has helped with my muscles. I can also say that I've been supplementing with them through the last few months and everything is going well. I also eat well, work out hard, and use other vitamins and supplements. An example of one of these supplements is . It helps keep my weight in control and interacts very well with everything else I take. It's not a magic pill but if you use it as directed and workout then you will definitely see results like i have.

Pris avec Optimum Nutrition Serious Mass, je me sens en pleine forme et ne vois pas d'effets secondaires "style hyper activité ou trouble de sommeil"... un bon complément de vitamine pour être en forme pas plus j'ai commencé ces compléments (serious mass+ bcaa) avec 15min de sport intensif par jour et en 15 jours, je suis passé de 54kg à 59kg pour 1m75 Donc à poursuivre jusqu'à 65kg + des scéances de plus en plus long... doucement mais surment
