Are these 100% cotton?

I looked at the tag in my husbands' jockey briefs and it says they are 100% cotton. He prefers cotton and has always worn these. He also likes the low rise.

Yes they do. But I never was able to use one, it takes me so long to dig my hose out and I just pull it down from the top I let fly.

I bought this size from Calvin Klein it fits perfectly so I bought another order while I was doing that I noticed the jockey brand and ordered it too that turned out to be a mistake it fits wrong I finally gave the rest of the order to the Goodwill I will not make that mistake again in the future Calvin Klein is superior !
