Why do the softgels contain 2000mg cat per serving, whereas 1t. oil is only listed as containing 14mg cats?

One serving of Brain Octane Softgels contains 1,000mg per capsule, while one serving of Brain Octane Oil has 14,000mg per serving of Caprylic Acid Triglycerides. The reason for the big difference is that the Brain Octane Softgels are designed for people who can't handle large amounts of fat all at once and need a slower release.

It has 2000 mg of Triglycerides??? I thought Triglycerides are bad???

How does this compare to the brain octane oil? Is each capsule equivalent to a tsp of oil?

Each soft gel has 1000 mg of Brain Octane Oil while the Oil has 14 grams per tablespoon, but the soft gels are not intended to replace the oil in your diet. bulletproof saying this product doesn't replace the oil is either a money making scheme or makes me want to not bother so which is it? I prefer pill

I use the MCT-C8 Oil softgels when I travel and I take the little packets to put in soups or drinks. But at home I use the bottled MCT-C8 oil when I cook. I think they are saying don't just use the softgels. Not sure.
