Our family loves clary Sage on the bottom of our feet right before bed. My husband has a pretty aggressive work schedule so sleep is really important. He was sold DAY 1 using this on the bottom of his feet to get to sleep. He's prone to insomnia but clary Sage from doterra always helps him get to sleep within 10 min of application

So glad I tried it!
Skeptical at first when a friend recommended this, but after a couple of weeks of no sleep due to hot flashes through the night I was willing to try anything. A little bit in my belly button for three days and my sleep has been restored. I continue to do it each night. When I forgot a couple nights the hot flashes started to return, but a little dab again and all was well.

Poor Quality Ingredients/Diluting Product
BUYER BEWARE! Do not purchase from this company (Healthly Exchange LLC). They are selling inferior quality products using the doTerra brand. I purchased Clary Sage essential oil in December of 2025 and the smell has completely gone. I have only used it a few times as it is quite expensive (Paid $30 now the price is $52). The company said they would not guarantee their product because it was purchased too long ago but that’s unacceptable. I should expect the product to be the same as when I purchased it. This tells me they are selling diluted essential oils at market prices. The oil has an expiration date of 2/2028. I have the same essential oil bottle that I purchased from a doTerra rep over 10 years ago that still smells exactly like it’s supposed to!
