I had shoulder surgery a few months ago and I've been trying to get back to working, but my shoulder fatigues so quickly. I've tried propping up with a pillow, but it only works at certain angles, like if I'm using a mouse and then move to the keyboard to type, I'd have to lift and hold my arm up, or reposition the pillow. I toggle between mouse and keyboard constantly so this is an issue for me. I bought a stationary support that connects to the desk, but it posed the same problem as the pillow. I couldn't easily toggle between. Then I bought this device, and it's amazing! It is: • Super easy & quick to set up on the desk • Adjustable by height after install, so you can change it as needed • SO flexible. NO adjustments needed when moving back/forth and left/right • Comfortable • Perfect size • Quiet - zero noise when moving around • Smooth in movement - doesn't even feel like it's there I can't say enough good things about it. Just get it! I can see this being a huge help even without a surgery issue. It is helping me sit upright and more ergonomical because my arm doesn't tire. I used to slouch a lot and try to rest on the arm rest, and I'd have my arm tilted up which isn't correct. This allows me to sit correctly and angle down, without the fatigue.

If you have elbow pain issues and need an arm rest, get this one. The arm rest is sturdy and flexible, so if you are typing on a split keyboard, but shifting to your mouse quickly, it will adjust smoothly. The flat platforms are ok, but get hot and will not move around. Has a C clamp, so will not work on a desk with a sloped front. No tools needed, just position the C clamp on the desk and tighten.

Great idea. This has helped alot. Good quality and very stable. Would have given it 5 stars but came with a missing nut. I was able to fix it and it works great.

Quick & easy install. Adjusts decent. Moves with me as I reach for mouse or keyboard. I have no armrests on chair, intentionally, and this is much better. Is helping my shoulder pain which was from holding my arm up all day unsupported.

I wish I purchased it sooner

I do like the ability to move my arms and still have them at where I want them to be height. It has helped with my tennis/gaming elbow so much. HOWEVER, the nut they use to keep the part you put your arm in is not locked into place and you cannot hold it to tighten anything. So I have had it fall out twice now. Also, the height of the arm does slowly lower over time so you will have readjust every so often.

This is a great product! It's better than I expected it to be. I've had it for 5 hours and the movement from this device when I transition from mouse to keyboard is perfect. You rest your elbow/upper forearm in the cup and it follows you from mouse to keyboard and back like it's an extension of your own arm. If my desk would allow for it I would get one for each arm. It's very sturdy and it has an adjustable screw that lowers and raises the height. Very well made.

Great product except the armrest part broke off within a week.

This was great, helped me have a place to rest my arm but not be able to lean on it. Very easy to use and attach and lots of range of motion for typing or if you are using a mouse. Solid construction. Would buy again

It makes my wfh experience be much more comfortable. The installation is simple. Only complain is the foam should be thicker than the edge.

My shoulder would get tired when using a mouse. With this I feel my shoulder is much relaxed after sitting on computer for a while.

This is an excellent armrest for those who have nothing to rest their arm when using their mouse.
