However, I have always loved the moisturizing effect of the Sanctuary Spa Ultra Rich Body Lotion and wanted to try it in a different scent and got this on offer. While this doesn’t moisturize as well as the Ultra Rich Body Lotion and is a lot less glossy and oily, it does a fair job moisturizing and if you don’t like to feel the moisturizer or the glow on your skin, you’ll like this a lot more. For me however, where this wins is the scent. It is definitely a more special, nicer, less sharp smell. It’s like you’ve got on a really nice perfume that is a grown up and expensive oud, but not as powerful and overpowering as oud can be- kind of a softer, more toned down version that lingers lightly and fades really well over the day so that you get hints of it but not in a way that is too much. I love this scent and this lotion and would definitely repurchase. The petals in it ARE gimmicky but I don’t mind, I think of them as little bits of oil that improve the moisture and goow.
