Sub standard quality.
Only good thing about this bag for me is it's size. Rest everything is sub standard. Fabric used is very light. While checking the zipper, the head of the zipper snapped just like a waffer. Since I require a bag on urgent basis, I can't return it and have to work around it.

Received a stained product on day one
"Hello, I received my Impulse 60 Litre Rucksack today, but it arrived damaged with a visible brown oil/chemical stain on the front panel. Since this is a brand-new item, I would like to request a free replacement. I have attached clear photo evidence of the defect.
