Thanks to its holes, the heat is evenly distributed over the surface of the mats ensuring perfect cooking. Lightning - 12mm x 2.5mm Cabbage - small Ø 3 mm - regular Ø 5 mm Dimensions: 300 x 400 mm THE BENEFITS OF SILICONE MOLDS: FLEXIBILITY: Once folded, it returns to its original shape. The mat copped fine with being put in the oven at 180C and the sponges came out uniform and of a thickness that rolled well. Really indispensable tool if you want to make good Swiss rolls / cake yule logs. Easy to clean and store.

Love the silicone tray as it makes removing the cake so much easier! A breeze to clean and store too. Feels good quality and, whilst I didn’t do so, they suggest using the mat to roll the roulade which is a nice idea. Very happy with my purchase - and my family are loving the roulades too!
