Great replacement and a spare.
Hope someone finds this helpful... My contactor that went bad started burning out the fuse inside the furnace control board on a carrier unit. It took a bit of troubleshooting and some research, and 5 burned fuses later, I found that the contactor windings has low resistance enough to burn out the fuse. I had a spare to replace ASAP, and bought another one to have on hand.

Clean and Worked Right Out of the Box
Mine had signs of having been installed but it was clean with no visible signs of wear. Working so far. I'll come back in a while to report on how it performs over time.

Fixed my AC!
My Nest thermostat was saying there was a problem with the Y1 (ac) wire. AC wouldn’t turn on at all. After researching, this seemed like the cheapest option to start with and sure enough it’s what fixed my AC. Easy to install. Just make sure you take a picture of how the current one is wired or take one wire off at a time and connect it to the new one as you go. Turn off the breaker and pull out the breaker that’s outside by the AC. Also, make sure your two wires are in the “L” spots. Which for me made the text on the contactor upside down. I first installed it with the text upright like you think it would be which then made the wires screwed into the “T” slots. My AC turned on but the fan would not shut off after the AC was turned off at the thermostat. I flipped it upside down and screwed into the “L” slots and that made everything work as normal. Hope that helps!
