Q: If I plant these as one garden how much space will I need?

I put mine in a long flower pan they did great but if you plant in ground about 3 to 4 inches apart . Last year mind turned out great. But the cold weather Destroyed the bulbs . Coldest weather this year since I been in flirida since 2004

Q: Should these be planted now (july) or wait until fall? They wont grow/bloom until next year either way correct?

These should be now to allow them to grow and become established before going dormant in the fall.

Q: Can these be planted in mid to late May?

Yes, but this year only half came up.

Q: Live in wisconsin. Would they have to be dug up every year?

i do not plan on digging mine up this winter and I live in the north of Massachusetts
