Product arrimes damaged

Second time ordering this product from them directly and threw Amazon both times I have leaking scalp treatment needs better packaging cause this is expensive and very disappointing

I have been using the Revivogen MD Scalp treatment for approximately 1 year and it has helped me to grow thicker, healthier hair in the front scalp area where it was starting to thin. One has to use it everyday, preferably on a clean scalp. I have found that before bedtime is best. It does have a slight odor to it but nothing too objectionable. If you don't wash your hair everyday, you will need to spend some time rinsing and massaging your hair in the shower the next morning to get out most of the oily residue. I do however want to report that in the most recent shipment, the package was soaked. When I opened the packaging, I discovered that one of the 3 bottles had it's cap off (it was elsewhere in the box) leaving only the no-tamper seal on top. Two-thirds of the bottle's contents leaked out. At $33 per bottle.. that's a substantial loss... and quite a mess. I am now trying to find out how I can get a replacement or credit for only the bottle that leaked out.... it is not obvious so if Amazon or the shipper can provide this information that would be greatly appreciated.

Recieved my product verry quick after placing my order will start using it instantly ..This product has made a difference in my life I have struggle with bald spots and not being able to style my hair For many years ... I been using Revivogen for many years and has truly made my hair look thicker and fuller .. it is worth every penny I will continue to purchase it every 3 months like I have for the past years Really recommended it

My order was iincomplete acconditioner was missing

foil seal was broken. contents were leaking.

Shampoo and conditioner is great! The scalp therapy smells bad and leaves your hair looking greasy. Using it at night leaves your pillows with a bad smell. Would highly recommend just purchasing the shampoo/conditioner alone.

El producto es bueno, sin embargo, al revisar cada una de las botellas de spray 1 viene maltratada y las otras 2 el sello estaba un poco levantado lo que me genera dudas de la autenticidad del contenido.

Fast delivery and product quality is very good

I ordered the kit which had the scalp treatment in as well as the shampoo and conditioner in, I only received the scalp treatment....no shampoo or conditioner was included. Not very impressed at all!!
