I don’t know what they’re talking about. I have to be careful because my hair will take up purple and be purple. Half the time I walk around lavender titanium. I found that if I overdo it, I can use a bar shampoo to remove the purple. I’m sure it’s because I layer purple. I use all purple shampoo, conditioner, conditioning packs, and the spray before I dry. The typical effect is a very white titanium, crisp and color perfect.
