### ⭐ Technical Infomration not Accurate - No A3 Paper Tray

I purchased this printer because Brother's technical information states that Tray 1 takes A3 paper, this was one of the requirements when looking - a dedicated A3 tray.When I had unpacked the printer ready to set up, I then discovered that the only way you can use A3 is as per the photo - with the tray permanently part stuck out of the printer and uncovered so subject to sending dust etc. into the inner workings of the printer.Very disappointed that Brothers technical information does not state that the A3 tray is not an A3 tray, but an A4 tray that can be made to stick out of the front of the printer.

However, it features a rear manual feed slot that accepts single sheets of A3 paper.Design & Build QualityFootprint: For a printer with A3 capabilities, it is remarkably compact (53cm×39.8cm×30.5cm). It is chunky and built like a tank, weighing around 17kg, which means it won't shake your desk to pieces during a high-speed print run.Paper Capacity: The front-loading main paper drawer holds a full 250 sheets of standard A4 paper, meaning you aren't constantly refilling it during large print jobs.Control Panel: It features a crisp, tilting 6.8cm color touchscreen. I have also used it for printing double sided A4 manuals sometimes up to 600 pages and it performed flawlessly.It’s difficult to find any negatives for the price I paid of £148.00 and 5 months interest too made it a no-brainer purchase.Highly recommended 5 stars.

For many years I've wished for an A3 scanner for my art as well as a decent printer. Had the opportunity to get one finally.Big thing. I'll give the delivert guy props that he actually carried it to my door. Two men are supposed to carry it, so the instructions say, though I managed it myself too. Quality kit.Lots of options on a nice small, but easy-to view, screen. Does wifi though I have not tried it yet. Ink seems to last reasonably long. Didn't lock me `online only` which is good. Every now and then it whirrs and clicks, I guess it's self-cleaning/checking diagnostics?Easy to install ink and paper, A4 or A3. Ink lasts a decent while and does not seem to run out of ink as fast as cheaper printer do. Decent quality prints, though that depends on paper and ink. Ink is not ridiculously expensive for what you get.Done some decent prints already. Quite pleased with it so far.
