Excellent Starter
I love this starter. I've ordered it at least three times over the last couple of years and use it to inoculate milk when making yogurt in my instant pot. It's the very best starter I've used by far.

Culture
I have been making yogurt for over 20 years and know how to make it using yogurt as a culture and using bacteria as a culture too. I gave two stars to this culture and I think it deserves one star. I could never make a thick yogurt as I have been used to using a culture from a dairy farm in Wisconsin. I don’t recommend this culture at all. Waste of $30
